Hi, I’m Cobi!

Welcome to my blog. I share all about my adventures in the kitchen, party planning, and more.

I hope you have a nice stay!

Yummy Honey Salad Dressing

Yummy Honey Salad Dressing

This has quickly become my family’s favorite salad dressing.

Do you think the “yummy honey” has something to do with it?

This salad dressing is so tasty and comes together in minutes. There is no reason to ever have to buy pre-made dressing again!

There are so many reasons I like to make my own salad dressing. First and foremost, you know exactly what’s in it! No preservatives or weird ingredients. Depending on the recipe, they’re really easy to make, taste super fresh and are way cheaper- what’s not to like!

And the best part about my Yummy Honey dressing? It’s all pantry ingredients! No going to the fridge only to find that you’re out of mayo or your lemons have gone bad. Just simple, always-keep-on-hand ingredients!

You’ll Need

2 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

4 Tablespoons honey

¾ teaspoon dry mustard

¾ teaspoon celery salt

⅓ cup olive oil

Here’s How

In a small bowl place the first four ingredients and slowly whisk in olive oil to combine (this mini whisk is perfect for this).

Drizzle over your salad of choice (might I suggest my Fresh Green Salad with Pomegranates and Mint?) and voila!

I love how easy and absolutely delicious this is. The savory from the celery salt, the tang from the vinegar and the sweetness from the honey make this dressing PERFECT (if I do say so myself)!

Enjoy!

All my love,

Cobi
