Hi, I’m Cobi!

Welcome to my blog. I share all about my adventures in the kitchen, party planning, and more.

I hope you have a nice stay!

Two Minute Balsamic Aioli

Two Minute Balsamic Aioli

Very simple and simply delicious, this Balsamic Aioli comes together in minutes and will elevate anything you serve it with.

I first started making this balsamic aïoli because my husband and boys order artichokes whenever we go out to dinner. My boys judge the quality of the restaurant by how delicious the sauce is that comes with the artichoke.

I love to make artichokes at home and used to always serve them with melted butter. My boys asked me if I could make an aioli like the restaurants do. Challenge accepted! This is now my go-to for serving with artichokes but it is equally delicious spread on a slice of french bread (something my boys always do with the leftovers) or in a sandwich. So whenever you’re making this, don’t forget to purchase a fresh baguette. You won’t regret it!

Click below for my video on how to make my Balsamic Aioli, or read on for instructions!

What you’ll need:

1 cup mayo

½ tsp kosher salt

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

A few turns of fresh cracked pepper

Here’s How:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend.

Cobi Quick Tip: I like to serve the aioli in individual sauce dishes because:

  1. Super cute and fun

  2. No Double Dipping

  3. No fighting over aioli!

*These ones are lovely and you’ll find many other uses for them as well. For instance, when I had a ladies sit-down luncheon at my house I served everyone’s salad with dressing on the side in a simple little dish like this. Also great for ketchup, soy sauce, etc.

This is what I came up with and my family loves it. I hope yours does as well! Let me know if this was a winner for you, leave a comment below!

All my love,

Cobi
